Product & Solar Structure Solutions

A complete range for every solar application.

Rooftop, industrial, ground-mounted, carport, water pump and fully customized — each engineered around your modules, your site and your wind zone.

01 / Residential Rooftop

Clean, secure mounting for homes and small buildings.

Aluminium and steel rooftop solutions with rail systems, clamps and fastening accessories, suited to residential roof layouts and module arrangements.

  • Rail systems — mono rails and long rails with minimal roof penetration.
  • Complete clamp sets — mid clamps, end clamps and module-compatible hardware.
  • Z brackets for low-height, space-constrained rooftop setups.
  • Corrosion protection matched to the coastal or inland environment.

02 / Industrial Rooftop

Direct on the shed, or raised above it.

Two approaches for factories, warehouses and industrial sheds — selected after assessing the roof and its structural members.

  • Direct mounting. Modules fixed to suitable shed and roof members, subject to roof and structural assessment.
  • Elevated structures. Raised frames where module height, clearance, access or servicing require it.
  • Any roof profile. Trapezoidal, standing seam, AC sheet and RCC — with the right bracket for each.
  • Load-path checked. Structures configured so the roof carries what it can, and no more.
03 / Ground Mounted Solar Park

Fixed-tilt MMS for utility scale.

Columns, rafters, purlins, bracing and module-support components, configured to project geometry and designed for strength, stability and efficient installation.

  • High-strength ground structures engineered for the site's wind and terrain category.
  • Optimized tilt for maximum annual generation at your latitude.
  • All terrain conditions — pile, pre-cast or plated foundation interfaces.
  • Fast bolt-together assembly from in-line punched profiles.

04 / Solar Carport

Shade and generation from the same steel.

Steel support systems for solar-covered parking — the dual benefit of solar power generation and vehicle protection in one structure.

  • Single or double bay parking configurations, customized to your layout.
  • Clearance and drainage worked into the design from the start.
  • Strong, durable, aesthetic — a structure that suits a corporate frontage.
  • Cable routing provision through columns and beams where specified.
05 / Solar Water Pump Structure

Built for the field, not the showroom.

Strong, durable support frames for solar water pumping systems, designed around module quantity, mounting height and load requirements.

  • Module-count driven frames sized to the pump's array requirement.
  • Adjustable seasonal tilt options where the application benefits from it.
  • Anti-theft fastening and robust pole sections for remote sites.
  • Heavy galvanizing for agricultural exposure and irrigation environments.

06 / Customized Structures & Accessories

Send the drawing. We'll form the steel.

Special-purpose frames, extensions, walkway supports and non-standard structures developed directly from customer drawings or requirements.

  • Special purpose structures for unusual spans, loads or site constraints.
  • C, U and L sections to exact thickness and width specification.
  • Custom base plates integrated with vertical C-sections and pre-drilled holes.
  • Complete MMS accessory range — fasteners, clamps, brackets, strips and plates.
