Product Portfolio & Technical Data

Every component, tailored to your site.

A comprehensive range of mounting structures, profiles and accessories. Final specifications are always project and drawing dependent.

Our Product Portfolio

Structures, profiles and hardware.

01 / MMS HDGI

Solar Module Mounting Structure

Custom-engineered for optimal wind resistance and load-bearing capacity. Available in Hot Dip Galvanized Iron (HDGI), Galvalume and aluminium alloy.

02 / Bracket HEIGHT

Z Brackets

High-strength Z-shape mounting for secure, low-height setups. Ideal for space-constrained rooftops — efficient, easy to mount, with zinc coating engineered for a 25+ year lifespan.

03 / Rail MONO LONG

Rail Tracks — Mono & Long

Continuous rail support for metal sheet and large commercial roofs. Clean aesthetics, minimal roof penetration, fewer mounting points — faster installation and less roof stress.

04 / Profiles CLU

Custom Bending & Profiles

C, U and L sections manufactured to exact client specification. Thickness and width capability customized to support both lightweight and heavy-duty applications.

05 / Base

Base Plate with C-Section

A robust square base plate seamlessly integrated with a vertical C-section. Pre-drilled mounting holes ensure rapid anchoring and secure structural alignment.

06 / Hardware AS PER DRAWING

MMS Accessories

Fasteners, L-angles, C-channels, Z-purlins, U-channels, clamps, brackets, strips, plates and customized hardware — supplied per drawing and specification.

Raw Material Options

The right steel for the environment.

Carbon and structural steel grades and thicknesses are selected according to engineering calculations and customer drawings.

  • GI / galvanized steel for corrosion-protected structural components.
  • Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) where enhanced corrosion protection is specified.
  • ZAM-coated steel where zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating is called for.
  • Galvalume for high-durability formed sections.
  • Aluminium for rooftop rails and lightweight components.
  • Stainless steel for fasteners and components needing higher corrosion resistance.
Finish & Protection

Coated to last the plant's life.

Typical options include HDG, zinc plating, pre-galvanized / ZAM coating and powder coating where applicable.

Quality Principle

Only approved drawings and specifications govern final dimensions, material grade, coating requirements and acceptance criteria. Final coating system, thickness and inspection criteria follow the approved project specification.

Specification FAQ

Questions we get before a quotation.

Module make, model and dimensions; the quantity or plant capacity; whether it is rooftop or ground-mounted; the site location (for wind zone and terrain category); and any layout drawing or roof plan you already have. If you have a specification document, send it — we design to it.

Yes. Special-purpose structures, extensions, walkway supports and non-standard assemblies are routinely developed directly from customer drawings. We also customize sections, dimensions, connections and accessories to suit an existing design.

Coastal and high-humidity environments generally call for hot-dip galvanizing or ZAM coating, with stainless steel for exposed fasteners. The final coating system, thickness and inspection criteria should follow the approved project specification — we will recommend an option and confirm it against your spec.

Both. We support component-wise supply — purlins, brackets, rails, clamps, fasteners — as well as complete mounting-structure packages for a full plant scope.

Design is customized as per wind speed, terrain category and load conditions at your location. Our engineering team performs structural design and load analysis in structural steel, and sections are optimised so the structure is strong without being over-specified.

Pan-India, dispatched from our facility at Mira Industrial, Lindiad, Surat. Material is packed and identified project-wise so it arrives ready to sort on site.
